OUR REVIEW
Wonderful isn't It? To find that great little place which has comfort, neat quality and all the atmosphere, splendid views, original rooms and those Santorini-must-have terraces.
The suites and apartments are styled in the Santorini spirit.
Every suite has a balcony or terrace area, flat screen TV and DVD player, internet access, kitchen and safe deposit box. The Santorini Aegean architecture is there, part antique part cottage furniture, the best quality mattresses (Coco-mat) and the views of the volcano and the blue sea, the arc of the village of Fira and the view of the ocean liners putting into the bay to give their passengers a 3 hour visit to troll up the steps to the level you already sit at and will wake up at (with that view and by the way a great breakfast) tomorrow morning.
At the beginning of Fira village near shops and cafes, yet in the quieter small donkey-wide stone paved streets. Perfect place to relax and also to explore Santorini whether on foot from the hotel or by car (you can normally find parking quite (for Santorini) close by.
Good rooms and good bathrooms, pretty areas and fine views.

THE APARTMENT SUITES
3 suites for 2-3 people. 3 cave suites for 2-4 people. All with views to the sea and the volcano from their terrace and room. Some terraces are private, some are shared.
Each suite has 1 bathroom. Bathrooms are mosaic tiled, mostly with showers. A couple of suites have bathtubs, but these are for style/decoration and cannot be filled and used to take a "bath". The hotel says this is for ecological reasons, mainly saving water, which is somewhat limited in Santorini.
Suite 1: Cave suite of 75 m2 for 2 to 4 people. Living room with dining table and kitchen, bedroom with built-in double bed, an additional bedroom with single bed. In the living room a 4th person can be accommodated on the sofa (on a good mattress).
Suite 2: Cave suite of 55 m2 for 2 to 4 people. Living room with dining table and kitchen, bedroom with built-in double bed. In the living room 2 more people can be accommodated on the sofas (on good mattresses).
Suite 3: Stone building, suite of 40 m2 for 2 to 3 people. Living room with dining table and kitchen, bedroom with built-in double bed. In the living room a 3rd person could be accommodated on the sofa (on a good mattress).
Suite 4: Cave suite of 35 m2 for 2 to 3 people. Living room with double bed, and a small dining room & kitchen. In the living room a 3rd person can be accommodated on the sofa (on a good mattress).
Suite 5: Stone building, suite of 36 m2 for 2 to 3 people. Living room with dining table and kitchen, bedroom with double bed. In the living room a 3rd person can be accommodated on the sofa (on a good mattress).
Suite 6: Stone building, suite of 35 m2 for 2 people. Living room with dining table and double bed. Separate kitchen.
FEATURES IN ALL SUITES
Air conditioning (cooling/heating), satellite TV, direct dial phone, internet ADSL access, equipped Kitchen, non-smoking apartments, safe box, hairdryer, high quality (world renowned Coco-Mat) anatomic mattresses (on both beds & sofa-beds) and pillows, bathrobes & slippers.

Reception, room service, breakfast buffet (or can be served on your terrace), daily maid service, fax service.
DISTANCES
The distance from the center of Fira (banks, buses, taxis etc.) is about 150 m, from public parking 200 m, from the Cathedral 50 m. Taxis can navigate to within 30 m. of the hotel entrance. (Very close for Santorini!)
Athinios port (ferry landing) - 10 km.
Airport - 6.1 km.
Oia - 11 km. Ammoudi harbour - 12.8 km.
Firostefani - 1 km. Imerovigli - 1.7 km.
Akrotiri archaeological site - 13.8 km. Red beach 14.7 km.
Perissa (black) beach - 13.7 km. Kamari beach - 9 km.
Renting a car is recommended if you plan to explore the island.

We had a WONDERFUL trip and will go back again and again to Greece. Although we were more taken with Crete, its astounding beauty and culture, our best stay was at Pantelia Suites. Just a perfect place, from the aesthetics of the place and view, to the sublime breakfasts.
