Distant views from the sea front & beach to one of the most beautiful modern architectural engineering feats, the Rio Antirio bridge, are outstanding. Nafpaktos is well worth the 25 minute detour from Patras or a stop on the way via pretty Galaxidi, to see Delphi and on to the scenic route through Parnassos.
