Why we like it: very attractive individual decor, by the port, central, high quality, fascinating building
OUR REVIEW
Primarolia is a beautiful hotel inside and out - one of those hotels you find yourself talking about after your stay.
If you travel from Italy to Greece you may land at Patras. Just a couple of minutes and you are at the hotel. But there are many other good reasons for a staying a while in Patras.
You should
stay a night or two...the town is the regional centre and one of Greece's main and more influential cities. Many historic areas, castle, churches and museums with a surrounding area full of promise. You should certainly take the 5 kilometre drive to see the dramatic modern landmark and piece of engineering genius, the Rio-Antirio cable bridge which connects the Peloponnese with Central Greece, for example.
The facade of the Primarolia building reminds of an Art Deco Meets Parisian Miami Beach, affair. The place is appealing and has exceptional design inside and out, with the interior of the building being a combination of elegance and sheer modern drama in architecture.
Bedrooms are each a uniquely pleasing surprise and are decorated in world-renowned styles, from see the-light-white to burberry, to tramp steamer wood and leather - all very comfortable, luxurious and smart.
Bathrooms each have styles and tiles to compliment the room decor.
The hotel is worth visiting in its own right, even though there may be other reasons you are in Patras!
