The spacious Villa Chrissi sets at a very idyllic point, at a top of a hill, without anything interrupting the view of the immense sea which is accessible through a private path, thus imparting you a sense of freedom and calmness. 

The villa is built in three levels. On the pool-level floor there is a open plan living room with a kitchenette, a gym and a shared bathroom. On the ground floor there is a larger open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms ( 2 with double beds and 1 with two attached twin beds) with ensuite bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms offer balconies and the other one offers a window and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi and a washing machine.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 twinbeds) with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom is offered on the first floor, which offers a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a balcony.

Every room of the villa has a satellite, plasma screen TV, whereas the living room near the kitchen and the one at the ground floor have two 3D televisions. The same living room also includes a home cinema, a sound system, a game console and a refrigerator which is used as a mini-bar and which will be refilled daily.

Last but not least, a jacuzzi and a washing machine are provided in one of the ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor.

Outdoors, there is a shaded pavilion with BBQ where you can dine by the pool and enjoying spectacular sea views.

Villa Chrissi offers a private infinity pool with sunbeds and patio furniture. Half of the 3000m2 courtyard is lawn covered, while the other half is full of flowers, bushes, herbs and other plants.

In the exterior of the villa a private path offers access to the sea. 

Finally, a jacuzzi and a washing machine are provided in one of the ensuite bathrooms on the ground floor.
